This smooth and creamy mango avocado smoothie is one of the tastiest green smoothies you need. If you’re looking for a filling and delicious smoothie, this is the one for you. When this time of changing seasons comes around, I often crave an avocado mango smoothie. This smoothie is so refreshing and smooth that I can’t go without it.

I have to be honest, I’m a smoothie lover. The variations to create your own delicious smoothie are endless. I love all of my green smoothies!

I remember back in 2018 when I started looking into buying a Vitamix to make a green smoothie with.

By the way, the Vitamix gets everything very finely and smoothly blended. Even kale!

Smoothies in general are a way for me to get a quick, filling, and good breakfast. You just take all your ingredients, put them in the Vitamix, and press the smoothie program and in 30 seconds you have a perfect breakfast.

What ingredients you will need

For this recipe, you will only need a handful of ingredients:

Last but not least, on the right is a small sliced organic lime.
  • 1x Organic avocado
  • 1x cup of frozen mango
  • 1x cup of organic banana
  • 1/2 organic lime for freshness
  • 1/4 organic hemp seeds
  • 1x date for sweetness (optional)

How long does the smoothie keep fresh?

I recommend always making an exact amount to be more sustainable so that you don’t have to throw it away. I would consume the mango avocado smoothie after one day.

Can I make the mango avocado smoothie without a banana?

Of course, you can make it without. You are welcome to use more mango or generally a base such as peach.

Pro tip: If you need to make it quickly in the morning or at lunchtime, you can put all the ingredients in a small container and freeze it. In the morning, all you have to do is throw everything into the Vitamix and off you go!

For this recipe, it’s a good idea to have a Vitamix, because you can get every ingredient as smooth and velvety as you want it to be. I’ve had my Vitamix since 2018 and never want to let it out of my life again!
