Ingredients

400ml of coconut cream

2x cups of coconut milk

1x cup of blueberries for garnish

2x tablespoons of coconut yogurt for garnish


Instructions

To prepare your blueberry chia pudding, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup (0.24 l) of almond milk in a mason jar or bowl. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly coated with the almond milk. Add a handful of fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey for natural sweetness. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to swell and create a pudding-like consistency.
