Let the mixture sit for about 5–10 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken. If you prefer a sweeter pudding, stir in your honey or maple syrup at this stage.
Add any flavor, like vanilla extract or cinnamon, for a tasty twist. Once everything is combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least a few hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
