I want to use the Nam Doc Mai mango from Thailand for this recipe. The characteristics are excellent:

Get your Vitamix ready because it’s time to blend, baby!

Initially, you should place the banana into the blender and add the pineapple. Now add the mango pieces and the coconut yogurt. If desired, add half a half date for sweetness. 

Switch the Vitamix to the 30-second smoothie program, which takes precisely 30 seconds. Now you have the perfect smoothie with the best and most nutritious ingredients.

Pro tip: The passion fruit and flight apple have such a distinctive taste, that both make this smoothie inherently tropical tasting. You do not need a sweetener in the form of a date, because of the sweetness from the pineapple!
