— 1x cup of organic Nam Dok Mai mangoes
— a cup of organic pineapple
— 1x passion fruit
— 1 cup (0.24 l) of filtered water
Instructions
Get your Vitamix ready because it’s time to blend, baby!
- Initially, you should place the pineapple into the blender and add the Nam Dok Mai mango, passion fruit, and water at the end.
- Place the beforehand cut pineapple spears into the Vitamix container
- Switch the Vitamix to the smoothie program, which takes precisely 30 seconds. Now blend it all! Now you have the perfect smoothie with the best and most nutritious ingredients.

Pro tip: The passion fruit and flight apple have such a distinctive taste, that both make this smoothie inherently tropical tasting. You do not need a sweetener in the form of a date, because of the sweetness from the pineapple!
