Notes On How To Make An Iced Matcha Latte
Matcha is a very delicate tea, so please use caution when brewing. Over-brewing will result in a bitter drink.
Matcha can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
If you’re using ice cream, use cold milk or ice cream so the matcha doesn’t dilute.
How Much Matcha Should You Eat Per Day?
There is no definitive answer, as the amount of matcha you should consume daily depends on your health and weight goals. However, drinking around 2–3 ounces of matcha is a good rule of thumb.
Where Can You Buy Good Quality Matcha?
There are many reasons why you should add matcha to your diet. It is packed with nutrients that can help improve your overall health. Nonetheless, not all matcha is of equal quality.
The best matcha brands include Kyoto Matcha, Genmaicha, and Ananda.
