Description

These vegan chocolate-covered strawberries will sweeten your day’s little treat for Valentine’s Day or any other day of the year. The positive effect will be there!  Watch my video to see how I prepare them.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Pack of organic strawberries

2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

4 tablespoons colorful organic sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  1. The first step: Take the strawberries out of the fridge and leave them to warm up at room temperature for half an hour. Then you can proceed to the next steps as usual.

2. Washing the strawberries: Wash the strawberries and dab them thoroughly until they are no longer wet. This step is very important for the next step when the chocolate coating is added.

3. Melting the chocolate: Melt the chocolate. Use a heat-resistant bowl and bring the water to a boil. Keep stirring in a circular motion to see if the chocolate melts steadily. Keep stirring until the chocolate has completely melted.

4. Add the strawberries to the chocolate sauce: Dip the strawberries into the chocolate either by hand or with a wooden dipper. For best results, dip the strawberries very deeply and then rotate them 360 degrees. This will ensure that the entire strawberry is covered in chocolate.

5. Place the strawberries and garnish: Now you can place the strawberries on your plate and leave them to dry. Alternatively, you can put them in the freezer for 15 minutes, which will shorten the wait.

Pro tip: Alternatively, you can put them in the freezer for 15 minutes, which will shorten the wait. If you have a power freeze button in your freezer, you can press this to achieve your goal more quickly. In no time at all, you will have shock-chilled VEGAN CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES. Leave them in the freezer for at least 10–15 minutes to achieve a good result. You can, of course, simply leave the strawberries in the room for 30 minutes so that the chocolate on the strawberries also becomes firm and hard.

Then you can leave the VEGAN CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes and then enjoy. Enjoy them quickly, because they taste the best fresh!

Now enjoy your pieces of jewelry!

Notes

Pro Tip: I recommend that you eat the VEGAN STRAWBERRIES WITH CHOCOLATE COATING as soon as possible because they taste the best fresh and crunchy!
