For this particular recipe, you will need 1 cup (0.24 l) of cold-brewed organic ceremonial grade matcha, a sweetener of your choice, and 2 cups (0.47 l) of oat or almond cold milk.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (0.24 l) cold-brewed matcha ceremonial grade matcha
  • 2 cups (0.47 l) oat or oat milk
  • Two tablespoons Demerara brown sugar

Instructions:

Pour the matcha into a cup and top it with milk in the next step.

Garnishments

Add any preferred toppings to your Iced Matcha Latte, whether whipped cream, strawberries, or matcha powder.

Matcha is a very delicate tea, so please use caution when brewing. Over-brewing will result in a bitter drink.

Matcha can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.

If you’re using ice cream, use cold milk or ice cream so the matcha doesn’t dilute.

There is no definitive answer, as the amount of matcha you should consume daily depends on your health and weight goals. However, drinking around 2–3 ounces of matcha is a good rule of thumb.
