How to make the Soup Maker Butternut Squash Soup
Making a Butternut Squash Soup in your blender is so easy you can hardly go wrong. I use my Vitamix A3500i Ascent Series for this recipe. On the 5-minute soup program, you’ll have your Vitamix Thai Pumpkin Soup blended quickly and easily.
The onion and other vegetables must only be sautéed briefly to caramelize and release sweetness. All the ingredients, including the pumpkin, can then go into the Vitamix! The Vitamix blends all the ingredients into a velvety soup. The list contains many good ingredients, such as magnesium, iron, fiber, and vitamin C from the lime.
What you need
You will need a handful of ingredients for this delicious soup
1x organic butternut squash
2x celery stalks
1x organic white onion
2x organic garlic cloves
1x 1/4 organic ginger
400 ml filtered water
1x organic spice cube
2x 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Firstly, fry the onion with the garlic on level 6 until they caramelize and add the ginger.
Season everything with the salt and fry the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients in the Vitamix and press the soup program, and in 5 minutes, your Vitamix Thai Pumpkin Soup is ready. Enjoy!
